Our approach was to engage Millennials through youthful design, accessible information, and community involvement.
Updating the color scheme allowed us to convey a sense of energy and warmth. Careful imagery selection reflects their diverse membership, ensuring all visitors feel welcome.
SJFCU produces and curates educational videos. In addition to creating a video library, we designed a solution to feature videos on the homepage — without distracting from product promotions.
We crafted messaging that speaks to Millennials in their language. More than highlight the ways SJFCU improves their members’ lives, we showcased the credit union’s philanthropic work — appealing to these socially-conscious consumers.
