With this being Coastal’s second FIRSTBranch redesign, we wanted to raise the bar we had set even higher. We relied on the latest best practices and years of trust to push the boundaries.
Expanding the homepage allows visitors to learn more about the institution with a simple scroll. Dedicated sections for awards and financial contributions demonstrate Coastal’s community commitment. Video interviews provide practical advice and proof of close relationships with current clients.
To encourage people to keep scrolling, we paired clean design with commanding headlines. Inspired by Coastal’s core values, we crafted messaging that views financial services from a fresh perspective.
